I attempted to purchase a backpack, but I received a refund for the amount I spent with no explanation whatsoever. On the bright side, the refund came through pretty fast and I didn’t even have to ask for it, but still, it felt like a complete waste of my time. I was counting on having the backpack in a week, so wasting four days just to get a refund without any reason is a really disappointing first experience with this company. I can say for sure that I won’t be buying from them again.
